At My Love Below, due to the consumable nature of our supplement products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or unopened supplement products for safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons.

Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mylovebelowproducts@gmail.com. with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement product
Store credit
A refund at our discretion for eligible damaged or incorrect orders only

Non-refundable items:

All supplement products
Opened or unopened consumable items
Promotional or final sale items
Gift cards

Shipping:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Chargebacks:
Attempting a chargeback for a clearly delivered, correctly fulfilled final-sale product may be disputed with proof of delivery and policy acceptance at checkout.
