What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1 day production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5 business days.

Return And Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products purchased from our store. However, in the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipping, we will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. If you receive a damaged or lost item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue and request a replacement.

Please note that we are unable to replace items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer. We are also unable to replace items that are no longer available.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please Just refuse the unopened package, and when we receive it back, we will issue a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at mylovebelowproducts@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Do you ship internationally
No, sorry, not at this time. We only ship within the United States for now. The average shipping time is 5 business days.
